Founder and director of Just Suppose Ltd Business Coach and Training Designer
Rachael formed the company in 2007, with a vision of creating interactive, fun and highly enjoyable training experiences for our clients across the world whilst maintaining a clear focus on the business purpose and outcome.
With a desire is to see transformation in our clients and their businesses’, our aim is ensuring that all of our Just Suppose training team bring passion, energy and an infectious enthusiasm to all our training events.
Having held leadership positions within the pharmaceutical industry, with roles within sales, marketing and training, Rachael has been delighted to share this experience across a variety of sectors worldwide.
Rachael enjoys working in a consultative way with senior leaders and specialises in creating highly impactful accelerated learning sessions which are delivered by the Just Suppose training team, designed to stimulate and challenge current thinking, which can be the catalyst for change.
Qualifications include; master NLP practitioner, Insights Discovery® practitioner, CCL® 360 feedback process accreditation and qualified coach.
Business Development Director and Coach
Mark brings a wealth of strategic expertise having held various senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. With over 25 years of experience leading both national and cross-functional multidisciplinary teams, Mark is passionate about driving teams and their behaviours towards an inspired vision.
Being a Change Management Practitioner, Mark enjoys developing individual and team strengths and coaching others to achieve greater self-awareness. Inspiring others by fostering an enthused culture with personal accountability and ownership, Mark has built a reputation for his integral and pragmatic communication style.
Mark specialises in change management, key account management, leadership and coaching.
Lyn trained as an actress at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and has a corporate background in client relationship and business management. Lyn brings a combination of experience which fuels her passion for facilitating and coaching using practical and experiential methods for personal development.
Lyn works globally, looking at the challenges of effective communication across all levels within organisations.
With over 13 years of experience delivering coaching and training, Lyn specialises on the tangible techniques of strong leadership, how to build trusting stakeholder relationships, coaching, influencing skills and personal impact.
Passionate about people, their behaviours and drivers, Lyn creates a supportive and challenging environment to help our clients meet their goals.
Fiona brings over 20 years of experience as a facilitator, executive coach and conference compere combined with being a professionally trained actor. This combination of skills and experience brings a unique style of training and coaching to our clients and Fiona enjoys creating an environment that engages and challenges in equal measures.
As a trainer and facilitator Fiona has developed and delivered skills sessions on a wide variety of topics and is passionate about creating a learning environment where people feel enabled and empowered to test and develop new skills. Fiona specialises in networking, personal impact, difficult conversations, negotiations and coaching.
As a Compere and Events Facilitator, Fiona has developed a style, which is engaging and energetic. She uses her skills, as an experienced facilitator in corporate settings combined with her skills as a professional actor. This ensures the audience/attendees are engaged and entertained using her dynamic
performance style to always retain the focus and messages of the event.
Kathryn is a passionate and dynamic business coach and trainer with over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience in leadership, training and sales roles.
As an invited member of the KAM club at the prestigious Cranfield University, Kathryn brings a wealth of relevant insights to our clients within the changing dynamic of the Pharma world.
With a drive for inspiring others to reach their potential and deliver results, Kathryn brings an authentic, supportive and motivating style across all our training events and consultancy projects.
With over 20 years in the Pharmaceutical industry working with leading Pharmaceutical companies, Sarah has held a range of leadership, marketing, sales and key account management positions.

Keith has an exceptional background in Pharmaceutical Sales, & Key Account Management Performance with 17 years in The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Bringing a comprehensive background in coaching leadership teams, Keith has a passion for identifying individual and team strengths to improve communication and team performance.
Keith is a dual International Sportsmen, representing Great Britain in Bobsleigh and Road Cycling, and is one of the first Advanced Certified Strengths coaches in the world. Keith is also a graduate of Gallup’s High-Performance Management programme and a member of International Coaching Federation.
Jayne is a highly credible and inspirational business coach with over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Since graduating in biochemistry, Jayne has held senior roles in sales and business management and has experience of leading projects including change and talent management, training and development programs and coaching assignments.
Having led teams in a variety of businesses, Jayne is passionate about ensuring that coaching and development has a real impact for our clients, for both individual and team performances.
Maria brings over 20 years of experience within sales and sales training and has come to value the importance of good quality blended learning that engages our clients and inspires them to reach their full potential.
Winning several prestigious awards as trainer and executive coach, her drive for results has enabled many clients to successfully achieve their business and personal goals, whilst still maintaining a relaxed and fun learning environment.
Maria specialises in developing and delivering communication, sales, leadership and team effectiveness programmes alongside executive coaching to a range of businesses both in the UK and internationally.

Paul brings a wealth of experience with 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in various leadership, management and training roles. Paul enjoys being able to translate this extensive background into motivational and engaging sessions for our clients.
Paul’s drive for providing the highest standards of development was enhanced by his time spent at the SAID Business School (the business school of the University of Oxford).
